Softball 2023-24 Phase 1 Winter Training

Weekly group training for any athletes that will be playing softball during the 2024 season.

- 6 week training program 

- 90 min group training sessions 

- In depth Hitting, Throwing and Defensive training 

-Fun and challenging environment 

- Learn from coaches with college and pro experience
