BASEBALL OFF-SEASON TRAINING

Phase 1 Off-Season training is now open for registration for 11U, 13U, and 18U baseball. Weekly 90-minute sessions focused on hitting mechanics, fielding fundamentals, arm strength, and overall athletic development — building the foundation for a strong pre-season.

PHASE 1 OFF-SEASON: Saturdays & Sundays · Nov – Dec

Players may choose either Saturday or Sunday training, but cannot register for both days.

Phase 1 Off-Season training designed specifically for softball players. 90-minute weekly sessions covering hitting mechanics, pitching fundamentals, defensive footwork, and game-speed preparation.

Off-season and pre-season training for players born in 2014 who played AA or AAA baseball during the 2026 season. A high-intensity, competitive environment for athletes who want to push themselves to a higher standard.
