To be sure that we hear from a variety of representatives in our area, we are setting up an Advisory Board. The Advisory Board will provide us with the insight we need to ensure that we are providing services and programs in the best interest of the baseball and softball communities in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

Members of the Advisory Board will be encouraged to participate in topics revolving around the needs and challenges in their region and how HRSTC can better meet the needs of athletes and regional baseball/softball organizations.
 
Expectations of candidates:

• Must be currently or previously involved with a baseball or softball organization in Manitoba. (volunteer, player, coach, administrator)

• Must be open minded to discuss new ideas and strategies

• Be willing to meet 4 times in the year
