Summer Programming 2024
This summer HRSTC will have a variety of in-season programming options. No matter your skill level, our summer training programs are designed to achieve your goals, grow your confindence and challenge your athlete in a fun and competitive environment. From one on one personalized lessons, to in-season strength and conditioning camps, to catchers specific skill work, we have more ways to get you better than ever.
Summer Skill and Strength Program 2024 (Ages 9-18)
HRSTC is proud to be teaming up again with Strength and Conditioning trainer Paul Esteves to create baseball and softball in-season skill and strength programs for all ages. Every session will contain workouts designed to be focusing on flexibility, strength, body management, arm care and mobility as well the necessary skill work drills to improve your overall game. These three-hour sessions will contain 60-90 min of workouts, 60-90min of skill work and 20 min lunch break. The skill work portion of the sessions will consist of:
- Defensive Skill work
- Developing pitching routine (based on athlete's game schedule)
- Light bullpens (depending on players pitching schedule)
- Hitting routine, reps and in game approach
** NEW ADDITION This program will have two separate workouts at Testify Gym (Only for ages 12 and up)
11U Price: $199+gst (4x 3 hour sessions at HRSTC)
13U Price: $240+gst (4 x 3 hour sessions at HRSTC + 2 workouts at Testify Performance)
15U/18U Price: $399+gst (8 x 3 hour sessions at HRSTC + 2 workouts at Testify Performance)
Softball Price: $240+gst (4 x 3 hour sessions at HRSTC + 2 workouts at Testify Performance)
Softball and Baseball Catcher's workouts (All ages)
Our most challenging position specific camp, these workouts will cover the necessary qualities that will help develop the skills needed to play behind the plate. From footwork, receiving, blocking, flexibility and even learning the leadership qualities it takes for the position, we strive to develop the important aspects for catchers. *Having your own catchers equipment including the proper glove is highly recommended
Price: $60+gst/session
Private lessons (up to 4 players max)
Personalized training with our coaching staff has been a staple of our academy for 10+ years. Hit, pitch, field or work on your catcher's skills with a private coach for an hour and get to know our amazing trainers. No matter your experince level, we will create the perfect training environment for your athlete.
