11U/13U Fall Ball 

 
Our fall ball program is a great opportunity for young ball players to extend their baseball season and continue developing their skills. Our fall programs include practices and games throughout the fall. Games and practices will be hosted at Optimist Park in St James for these age categories.  

Program includes:

• Instructional game schedule (at least 1 game every weekend)

• Weekly practices

• Fall ball shirt.

• Access to indoor training facility in case of poor weather

Teams will form based on region as much as possible to keep summer teammates together as much as possible. All participants will get opportunities to play and practice in a variety of different situations and positions and some game rules will be modified to make sure we can provide the best experience and learning environment for the athletes.

Our goal for the 2025 fall season would be to have 2-3 11U teams and 5-6 13U teams (adjusted based on registration) game schedule will be adjusted accordingly to account for the number of teams we can host. For any rainouts sessions will either be moved indoors to HRSTC (905 King Edward) or rescheduled to a later date.

IMPORTANT AGE REMINDER FOR FALL BALL: 11U Date of births are 2017, 2016 and/or 2015. 13U Date of births are 2014 and/or 2013
